The Supermarket - Senior Team Leader

We are looking for a Team Leader who can lead and motivate team to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times ensuring our guests leave with a magical holiday experience.

The purpose of the role:

As a role model, lead and motivate your team to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times
Adhere to all H&S policies and Food Safety policies
Efficient and effective rostering 
Have a proactive approach to sales and service, providing on the job coaching to help your team to provide a fast, friendly and efficient standard of service
Set high standards in team performance, leading by example to ensure that every opportunity to up sell is achieved
Support the Manager to develop the first impression of the venue and maintain a pristine environment in which the guest and team can enjoy
Develop and maintain high standards of teamwork
Cash and stock control within the venue to maximise the venue profits
