We have a full-time vacancy available at our Head Office Support team for an Owner Services Administrator.  You will be required to work Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm plus ad hoc weekend working during November and December including Christmas week if required.

The individual will work closely within the team therefore the following is essential:

Utilising an excellent, patient and understanding telephone manner
Accounts:take payment calls and help owners with their site fee arrangement questions
Provide quality customer service: ensuring that Owners are provided with all the relevant information, exceptional service and that requirements are fulfilled and expectations are exceeded
Credit Control:each team member is responsible for collecting any outstanding debt for their Haven Parks and follow credit control procedures.Take payment calls and help Owners with potential payment arrangements
Debt management: negotiate and administer any ad hoc special arrangements and dealing with owners that may be experiencing financial issues and working closely with Park teams
Owner Leaving park forms:close accounts and deal with all refunds and payments in a timely manner
The ability to work without constant supervision
Be a committed team player with the ability to problem solve, prioritise and multi-task
Be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and offer help to other team members during busy times without being prompted
Each team member deals with all written and incoming telephone enquiries from owners, liaising with the Park and the Management team where appropriate
Owner Leaving park forms:close accounts and deal with all refunds and payments in a timely manner
Be fully conversant with the Bourne Leisure mission statement and values and seek to fulfil them in their daily work.
