Purpose of the role
•People - Building lasting relationships between our brand partners, stakeholders and  serve as a bridge between different parts and levels of our organisation.
•Process - Lead the engagement with our brands for technology focused changed  management, in a variety of certain and uncertain contexts.
•Technology - Working closely with our technology partners, becoming a key contributor  to the design of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
•Undertake business analysis in multiple strategic IT Projects/Programmes through  various stages of the lifecycle. key areas of the lifecycle include:
oPlanning and monitoring – build robust plans to undertake analysis work, perform stakeholder analysis and effectively forecast and track work
oEliciting, analysing, validating and requirements – collaborating closely with your stakeholders in order to define clear, testable and business, stakeholder, solution, functional and non-functional requirements.
oRequirements lifecycle management – trace, prioritise and maintain requirements from inception to retirement
oSolution Evaluation – how a solution addresses the needs and measuring solution performance
•Manage Stakeholder collaboration – you will be responsible for managing a wide variety  of stakeholders with various degrees of influence and authority, ensuring alignment  throughout the whole lifecycle and building strong and trust-based relationships. 
•Building & Collaborating - help us to continue to build and promote our BA function
•Identify opportunities for continual improvement, measure the benefit of every  initiative and make personal improvements based on impact and feedback.

Qualifications and Experience 

Essential Skills
•Demonstrable Business Analyst experience (5+ years) within a mixture of initiatives  across large and medium sized organisations, including the definition, measurement and  successful outcomes of those initiatives. 
•Demonstrable experience and knowledge of working with a number of standard business  analysis techniques (eliciting requirements, process modelling, use cases, user  stories). 
•Demonstrable experience working at each stage of the lifecycle from inception to  closure. 
•Modelling & notation skills - BPMN highly desirable or UML 
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to successfully work  and partner across multiple functions in an organisation. 
•Demonstrable experience of industry best practice ways of working, templates and  standards. 
•Experience using Office365 and cloud based task and resource tracking tools. 

Desirable Skills:
•Working within organisations within the leisure or hospitality industries.
•Agile and/or Kanban experience desirable. 
•BABOK, IIBA/BCS trained and certified
