Revenue Optimisation Analyst

We are looking for a Revenue Optimisation Analyst / Process Improvement Analyst to join our Revenue Management team here at Haven. This is an exciting opportunity as Haven embark on a journey to automate its Revenue Management capabilities. Suitable for either an experienced Revenue Management analyst or Process Improvement Analyst with a good understanding of Revenue Management principles / processes

The role will work closely with the Head of Revenue Management, Head of Revenue Management Systems and Revenue Team to develop and refine new processes that enable more efficient and effective pricing decisions within the current environment ensuring consistency is followed. 

You will be responsible for
•Scoping, testing and launch of new functionality in Haven Playbooks. Ensuring all developments can be replicated easily across both Butlins and Warner when required
•Support the creation, development, delivery and launch of a “New Revenue Management System” whether that is an internally built system or via a Revenue Management supplier. Including scoping / design of new functionality, test plan design, execution of user acceptance testing (UAT)
•Support the continuous improvement of Revenue Management processes at Haven by building and maintaining documentation of current processes. The what, when, how and most importantly why

We are looking for:
Strong understanding of Revenue Management principles and processes, within the travel sector 
Good knowledge of broader operational / systems processes that impact RM processes
Good knowledge of specific process improvement techniques (e.g. Lean Six Sigma)
Familiar with basic continuous improvement ph/ilosophy and techniques
Experience working in a commercial or process improvement role, ideally within the hotel, airline or car rental sectors 

Excellent people and communication skills: able to build rapport and credibility across broad RM team and facilitate discussions to deliver / process improvement 
Strong fact-gathering and research skills, with excellent attention to detail 
Strong/advanced MS Excel skills 
Good MS PowerPoint and Word capabilities 
Degree in business, engineering, maths / science or similar desirable
Basic project management skills
