Sales Support Administrator - Haven

Sales Support Administrator - 6 month contract
Role purpose
To deliver the administrative element of the Sales Business through the professional handling of all areas of administration which supports partnership and contact centre bookings.  To be responsible for the efficient administration of such tasks and act as a conduit between our customers and parks as appropriate, whilst ensuring a first-class customer experience in line with the Mission Statement.

Key responsibilities:
Accurately respond to customer inquiries received via email and social media direct messages, delivering within department SLAs
Utilise available resources to respond to customer inquiries and recommend update changes to internal and external FAQs
A self-driven approach to problem solving, striving for a first time resolution within the business objectives and guidelines
Ensure third party reservations which are managed by the sales team are correctly keyed onto the system and that request bookings are serviced immediately (within 24 hours) in line with our service level agreements
Provide full administrative support, in conjunction with our contact centre and parks, for our guests.  Including amendments, charges, cancellations and credit control.
Ensure that parks are aware of all our customers’ requirements and that they are aware of Haven’s contractual obligations with partners from all channels
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of all aspects of Haven’s operation and have a detailed knowledge of the Haven Holidays product
Support other areas of the business or tasks as required

Skills required:
Must have excellent written and spoken English
Administrative experience
Good problem solving and organisational skills
