Procurement Manager - Food & Beverage Projects

**This role will embrace hybrid working - mostly homeworking, some office working**
**12 month fixed-term contract**

We're looking for a Project Manager with expertise in Food Procurement for a 12 month fixed term contract. Please note this is not a day rate contract, you will be an employee of Bourne Leisure.

Working across all 3 of our brands, you will deliver a large project of change across our Food and Beverage supplier and SKU base. The review of our supply chain has been done, we now need some help in implementing it.

You will:
**Identify ways to simplify and consolidate how we approach Food & Beverage procurement 
**Work with stakeholders across the business to deliver the project, ensuring brand strategies
**Work with the Supply Chain and technical management to develop and manage the retail supply chain safely and effectively
**Support the category manager in managing a flexible supplier and SKU base across multiple categories.

You are:
**Experienced in food and beverage procurement, ideally within a hospitality environment
**Skilled in project management (you don't necessarily need to have held a formal project management role)
**Excellent at managing multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities
