Hybrid role – 1/2 days a week in the office, the rest from home

Bourne Leisure are on a transformational journey, the transformation touches every team. Reward strategy is central to that transformation - we want to attract, retain and motivate great people, and ensuring the right reward policy and programmes are in place is key to this, of course.  This is an opportunity for somebody to step up into a partnering role or move across into a reward role from an HR business partnering role.

Working with the Head of Reward you will help to define and deliver our group reward strategy, allowing Bourne Leisure to deliver on our mission to give our guests a great time with memories that last a lifetime.

What you will be doing:
**Act as Reward expert, partnering with our individual brands with a Group lens, developing group comps and bens
**Own and execute annual processes, such as Gender Pay Gap reporting, annual benefit policy renewal, vendor relationship management and team member reward communications
**Use a variety of data sources to drive change and inform group policy
**Build reward capability across Bourne Leisure, enabling leaders to attract, motivate and retain great talent
**Ad hoc project work driving the reward agenda

What we’d like you to bring:
**Expert analytical skills, you will be working with a lot of data
**Experience as either a Reward Analyst or an business partnering role in either Finance or HR
**Ideally, knowledge of job evaluation, benchmarking and benefits evaluation, though not critical
**Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
