We are looking to recruit Multi Skilled Team Members to come and join our one great team here at Butlin’s Bognor Regis in a full-time role.

We’ll train you to become a cleaner for our guest accommodation, outside areas and entertainment venues, in our buffet, quick serve and table-service restaurants and in all of our bars - who wouldn't want to see all our live entertainment and get paid whilst doing so?!
Live in accommodation may be available to those candidates aged 18 years and over and our Multi-Skilled team members will be paid a rate of £10 per hour
You must be available to work in the accommodation department as a cleaner on our intake days which
are a Monday and Friday, the remainder of weekly hours are spent working in our food and beverage areas. This is typically a 35-40 hour a week role, working five days over seven including some evenings and weekends.

We’re looking for candidates that are confident to talk to and to assist our guests.
All these roles will require team to interact with our guests. In accommodation it may be a guest who is just arriving or preparing to vacate their accommodation. In our restaurants and bars our guests will love to be served by someone who can comfortably start a conversation, maintain eye contact and talk to them as they are seated at their table, having their order taken or settling their bill.
You’ll need to be able to demonstrate that you have a ‘can do’ attitude. In all these areas it’s likely to be busy and even sometimes demanding.
We’re also looking for someone who has great attention to detail. Our guests deserve their rooms to be clean and fault free every time and have amazing dining experience in our restaurants; we know that this can only be successfully achieved if our team members know how to clean and provide exceptional customer service, and who will also look out for opportunities to add that little extra bit of TLC.
