Key Responsibilities include

Assisting with management accounts including month end/year end
Reconciling our stock on site and assisting our venues with stock control
Providing assistance with Purchase ledger where necessary
Maintain all records and other administration files in good order
Provide consistently high standards in all of the roles and functions
General administration duties necessary to the job role

What are we looking for?

Accuracy of input
A positive, warm attitude and team focussed
A willingness to learn a number of systems
An eagerness to progress in the role
Good telephone manner
Ability to demonstrate excellent customer care and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Ability to prioritise a demanding workload
Good Excel/Office skills would be preferred but training will be given in all areas

This involves working 35 hours a week (Monday to Friday)
