Contact Centre Holiday Advisor - Full Time

We are looking for Contact Centre Holiday Advisors - Full Time to join our Team here at Butlin’s

About the role:

Working in our busy Contact Centre you will not just be answering telephone calls but ensuring that every guest who comes through has the very best Butlin's experience, whether they're booking their holiday, amending an existing booking or just have a question or two.

Training for the first four weeks will be completed Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5:30pm

Training and induction support will be completed in our offices at One Park Lane, Hemel Hempstead.

The ability to commute to Hemel Hempstead will be required as when it is safe to do so we will re-open our offices.

Our Contact Centre is open 9am until 9pm, 7 days a week. Typical shifts are a mixture of 9am-5.30pm, 9am-7pm, 12.30pm-9pm shifts with two days off per week.

You will be responsible for:

As a team who understand the importance of getting it right for every guest, we are looking for team members who will be willing to go the extra mile and ensure that we find the perfect holiday for every guest.

Working as part of a multi skilled sales & customer services team you will support our guests with the booking of their break, promoting upgrades, answering questions and taking payments.

Supporting the aftercare process, where we work had to ensure that our guests have everything they need before they arrive on our Resorts. This does include, but is not limited to, booking amendments, complaints and cancellations.

We are all about having a clear understanding our guests needs and then using our product knowledge to focus on tailor made and personalised experiences for every guest.

We are looking for:

A good listener with the ability to be empathetic and fully understand the guests needs.

A problem-solving attitude, a desire to be helpful and offer solutions to meet the guests needs.

A great tone of voice and an ability to lead in engaging conversations.

Plenty of enthusiasm and a willingness to see things through to completion ensuring our guests feel satisfied and fully supported and that they have made the right decision to buy a holiday at Butlin’s.

A person who likes people. The range of calls are diverse so you never know quite what the next enquiry will be, keeping the role exciting and one that you can really enjoy!

Attention to detail is also very important, along with being computer confident.

The role will be working from home initially so internet access will be required plus a working space.
