Hybrid role - combination of office based (Hemel Hempstead) and home working.

We’re looking for an experienced Change manager, who can lead, drive and deliver technology change programmes resulting from potential acquisitions, mergers, and disposals.

What you will be doing:
**Provide Technology leadership to the M&A team for due diligence and formulating business cases
**Define, plan and own the technology change roadmap resulting from M&A activity
**Manage the implementation of the projects, including owning all governance
**Provide strong leadership to teams in the face of uncertainty, change and tight deadlines to deliver to the M&A objectives of Bourne Leisure

What we'd like you to bring:
**Expertise in Technology change programmes is essential, ideally with an M&A lens
**Strong project management expertise, ideally backed up by a formal qualification
** Vendor, contract management and procurement experience, ensuring successful and sustainable supplier delivery
**First class stakeholder management skills, both internal and external
