Hire Shop Team Member

Our Hire Shop supplies a range of items for our guests to hire during their stay, to help them further enjoy their holiday.  We hire out a range of items from fridges and irons to scooters and family fun bikes.

The purpose of the role:

As one of our team members you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service to our guests. The role will require you to spend time on the shop floor serving the guests, making deliveries across the resort, and helping to maintain the hire equipment to a high standard.  An enjoyment of interacting with our guests and a passion and energy to make a difference to our guest’s holiday is crucial to the role. The role requires flexibility as hours will include working weekends and may include working additional hours during our busiest times.

We are looking for someone with:

•Previous experience in a retail or customer facing role would be an advantage
•Experience of working towards challenging targets
•Previous cash handling experience is desirable but not essential
