Cloud Operations Manager
**Hybrid working – Hemel Hempstead office**

We’re Bourne Leisure, owner of Haven, Butlins and Warner Leisure Hotels, and we’re looking for a Cloud Operations Manager for our Group Technology team.

Our Technology team are on a transformational journey and we need a hands-on leader to develop internal and external engineering capabilities and to be accountable for daily management and operation of Bourne Leisure’s public cloud offerings in both AWS and Azure.

This role is critical as our Cloud platforms underpin mission critical, revenue generating products and services.

What you will be doing:
**Hands on operational management of cloud platforms, including resource management
**Taking the lead in driving continuous operational improvements and ensure KPI metrics are sustained
**Identifying and resolve complex technical issues to ensure minimal system downtime that might impact our Guests and Team members
**Taking accountability for Public cloud infrastructure management including compliance, security and cost
**Imbedding operational best practice, engaging with Technology teams across Bourne

What we’d like you to bring:
**Strong influencing skills, particularly upwards
**Demonstrable experience of operating and maintaining IT infrastructure services, including Cloud operations
**DevOps expertise
**Experience and knowledge of RedHat Enterprise Linux / CentOS
**Strong people leadership skills
