Nights Kiosk Retail Assistant

We are looking for enthusiastic team to deliver a great shopping experience which will wow our guests and bring a refreshing outlook to our kiosks in Centre Stage and Reds. Your role is important and will help our hard-working families rediscover their sparkle.

Purpose of the role

Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide exceptional service
You will spend the majority of your time on the shop floor so an enjoyment of interacting with our guests and a passion and energy to make a difference to our guest’s holiday is crucial to the role
Ensure the goods offered for sale are properly displayed, priced and advertised
Operate a till and handle financial transactions
The role requires flexibility as the hours that are available may include working weekends, evenings and additional hours during our busiest times

What are we looking for?

A passion and understanding for customer service who will be a great ambassador for Butlin’s
Previous experience in a retail or customer facing role would be an advantage
Experience of working towards challenging targets
Experience of working in a team environment and able to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Previous cash handling experience is desirable but not essential
