As a Reception Team Leader at Warner Leisure Hotels you will work in a high performing, fast paced environment whilst leading, encouraging and coaching your team to provide an attentive and personalised service backed up by great product knowledge - delighting our guests on a daily basis.

Role responsibilities: 

•To assist in overseeing team levels, successfully developing team members who have a  commitment and passion for delivering high standards and service
 Supervising the reception and holiday sales environment 
•Ensuring team consistently perform hotel reception duties, preparing items for guest  arrival and departure and providing informative and accurate advice and guidance for  guests
•Providing a safe, secure and appealing environment for our guests and team, through  adhering to the companies Health & Safety policies
