Porter - Accommodation / Housekeeping

About the role:
As an Accommodation Porter, you will be working alongside the housekeeping team to ensure that our guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards. Your role will be to ensure that the correct linen is distributed in preparation for a change over day. You will need to be able to clear large amounts of dirty linen and rubbish bags in a timely manner to ensure our accommodation areas are clean and tidy prior to guest arrivals. You will also be required to complete basic jobs that will be reported by the housekeepers. The role requires flexibility as the hours that are available will include working evenings and weekends and additional hours during our busiest times.

About you:
• Can work flexible shifts generally between 9am - 9pm on Mondays and Fridays, and 9am - 5pm on all other days including weekends. Part-time and full-time hours can be discussed at interview. 
• Strong communication skills
• Be a committed team player including being flexible and enthusiastic
• Have a problem-solving attitude
