The Purpose of the role:

As a Night Team Leader at Warner Leisure Hotels you will lead, encourage and coach a passionate team who work in a high performing and fast paced environment. Supporting the hotel team to ensure a safe, secure, appealing and memorable experience for our guests.

Role responsibilities:

•To ensure the safety and security of guests and team at night
•To oversee, review and approve team levels and work/cleaning schedules, successfully recruiting, selecting and  developing team members who have a commitment and passion for delivering high standards and service
•Work independently and as part of a team, responsible for consistently performing hotel reception duties and  providing informative and accurate advice and guidance for guests
•Be guest focused, having a positive and problem solving attitude at all times
•Undertaking up to date Risk Assessments and ensuring defects requiring technical maintenance are being  reported and followed up within a reasonable timeframe
