Shops Retail Assistant
We have an array of shops on resort ranging from, our supermarket, delicious Scoop ice cream store as well as our sweet treats at Megatreats.
The purpose of the role:
As one of our team members you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service to our guests
You will spend the majority of your time on the shop floor so an enjoyment of interacting with our guests and a passion and energy to make a difference to our guest’s holiday is crucial to the role
Ensure the goods offered for sale are properly displayed, priced and advertised
Operate a till and handle financial transactions
The role requires flexibility as the hours that are available may include working weekends and additional hours during our busiest times.
What are we looking for?
A passion and understanding for customer service who will be a great ambassador for Butlin’s
Previous experience in a retail or customer facing role would be an advantage
Experience of working towards challenging targets
Experience of working in a team environment and able to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Previous cash handling experience is desirable but not essential
