Pay Rates:           £10.50 per hour (£9.50 per hour for FOH Team if not leading a shift)
Working Hours:  Various shifts available both Full Time & Part Time, from mornings to evenings!

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands on role, where the Front of House Shift Leader you will lead a shift deputising for the Team Manager in their absence, to ensure all daily tasks relating to the restaurant, team processes, and safe & secure compliance are carried out to the required standards.

Our FOH Team serves as the face of Haven, therefore, you will make that critical first, and last impression on our Guests. The main purpose of the role is to create that welcoming atmosphere that our Guests associate with Haven

- Lead & coach the team on shift to ensure all areas of responsibility are met by the Team 
- You will greet customers, take orders and provide excellent customer service
- Handle payments and operate cash registers
- Work with the team to help keep all areas clean and safe

What We Would Like You To Bring  

You may already be a Waiter, Waitress or a Front of House champion looking for that next step. Or a Team Leader or Supervisor within an F&B environment. Either way you will have a guest obsessed attitude and be willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

You may come for a season and stay for a decade. You may start with us as a Shift Leader and grow into a General Manager’s role…Either way we would love an opportunity to discuss our Park based roles with you and all we have to offer you by joining our Team at Haven!
