Alongside the structured training programme all new chefs complete, you could also join the Butlin’s Chef Academy.

This is an amazing 12 month training and development programme where you will get to go on residential training programmes, work in different kitchens and take part in money can’t buy chef experiences.

We have got a range of kitchens, restaurants and food outlets that you could work in to develop your skills as a chef and we have got a long history or helping team create long term careers on resort.

As a member of our kitchen team, you will be ready to get stuck in!

Your main duties will include:

  • Preparing and cooking great food for our guests in one of our restaurants or food outlets
  • Keeping our kitchens clean and tidy, safe and secure
  • Working as part of a team that always delivers to the highest standards
  • To grow and develop within your role and potentially join our amazing Chef Academy development programme
