Restaurant Operations Manager
We have an exciting opportunity here at Warner Leisure Hotels and are looking for a Restaurant Operations Manager to join our central Food & Beverage team to support with restaurant and retail service delivery within our existing hotels, as well as, supporting any new openings and new dinning concepts.
This role will be primarily field based, working across 16 of our wonderful hotels, and will be responsible for driving and imbedding our Brand Standards within the Food & Beverage areas at the hotels to ensure we are delivering a consistent and great guest experience.
Key responsibilities:
Engage, lead and coach our Food and Beverage teams across our estate to support the consistency of a great dining and retail service experience across all our hotel’s
Translate our brand standards and Warner values into our restaurant operations
To audit and support the full adoption of our F&B brand standards
To coach all Food and Beverage teams on FIR legal requirements
Support our Head of Hospitality and F&B managers on a day-to-day basis
Working alongside our Warner L&D team to deliver high impact hospitality training to include guest journey, brand standards, offer and product knowledge
Ensure all F&B teams have the necessary tools to fulfil their roles
Support with Hotel recruitment and retention where required
Working alongside our Central F&B team to support delivery of any new restaurant concepts
Review guest feedback on a continuous basis to identify any opportunities for improvement
As a person you will:
Have experience in delivering a high level of service within medium/high volume restaurants
Have a huge passion for service and hospitality
Be highly motivated and a strong communicator who can inspire and lead a team
Experience in developing and coaching teams
Be comfortable working in a branded environment and able to translate this to our teams
Have the ability to prioritise and accomplish objectives independently and within a team
Feel confident to challenge “the norm” to excite and make a difference
Able to build strong and two-way relationships that drive performance
