We are looking for a Contact Centre Payment and Administrator to join the contact centre. You will be joining one great team, proudly and consistently providing an individual, tailor-made guest experience.  We are looking for motivated, problem-solving individuals who can demonstrate great listening skills and help our guests to choose the holiday that's perfect for them. choose the holiday that's perfect for them. 

Role responsibilities:

• To support the Contact Centre with payments and administration functions.
• Supporting guests to take their payments for their holiday and assist with any questions.
• Fulfil all administration alongside the tasks also
