We have some exiting plans for the future and we’re looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team to help develop and bring some of our products to life for our guests.
About the Role
Reporting to the
Senior Product Manager, the Assistant Brand Manager will be responsible for a
number of both long term and more reactive marketing projects and initiatives.
This role will be extremely varied, and you will be responsible for a number of projects which will range from working with 3rd parties (talent) to be included in our marketing materials to assisting with the development of our food and drinks menus.
You will be a brand guardian for Butlin’s, ensuring that brand integrity is maintained across all company marketing initiatives and communications. You will maintain a good understanding of the market and our competitors, ensuring that our brand delivers key messages and appeals to our audiences in a competitive environment.
Working alongside another Assistant Brand Manager and closely with the Marketing, PR, Digital and Resort teams, you will work collaboratively to maintain the product information packs and bring our products to life for both Family and Big Weekender breaks. No two days will be the same so you should enjoy variety and getting stuck in.
We are looking for a talented Assistant Brand Manager with demonstrable experience in a similar role, where you have been responsible for working on multiple projects at any one time.
Excellent communication skills are essential for this role due to the range of teams you will be working with. You should be confident in representing the Butlin’s brand and passionate about delivering consistent brand standards across all projects.
You should be able to juggle multiple priorities at any one time and have fantastic organisational skills to deliver to tight timeframes. You will also have a critical eye for detail in everything you do.
