Salary: Up to £50,000 dependant on experience.

What will I be doing?

• You will be responsible for the smooth running of multiple restaurants, and bars including a busy coffee shop, leading and inspiring a diverse and multi-skilled team of up to 45

• An individual with the ability to effectively lead, motivate and engage your leaders and team, even in times of high demand. 
• A willingness to challenge if standards aren’t meeting required levels. 
• Someone who can make decisions confidently.   
• A passionate leader who drives sales through strategy and coaching team 

What skills do I need? 

• Experience of managing a multifaceted department. 
• Must have had responsibility for managing a P&L and the ability to manage costs in line with budgets. 
• Can create an environment where the team are able to grow and develop.   
• Effective communicator with the ability to clearly articulate ideas.
