About the role:
Each one of our wonderful Haven Parks is led by a General Manager who together with a team of Heads of Department form the Leadership team that delivers exceptional guest and team experiences, as well as other key result areas.
Our General Managers are driven, confident, commercially and strategically aware, with an engaging leadership style. The overall aim is about being an antidote for daily life and therefore our parks being a 'breath of fresh air' for our holidaymakers and owners. Supporting and leading your team to deliver a set of crystal clear set of values ensuring that all team members help to create amazing experiences and memories for our guests, equally focussing on standards and services at all times.
We are currently seeking ambitious Designate General Managers to join us across our nationwide portfolio of Parks. We are looking for strong, evolutionary General Managers who will be ambassadors for the Haven Brand within an exciting and fast paced environment.
As a Designate General Manager your role will involve being based on a Park shadowing the GM for 3 – 6 months, this is your opportunity to show us what you can do. This role should lead to your successful appointment as General Manager and you will be rewarded with your very own Park, subject to the right park being available.

• To provide high quality support to our guests to help drive repeat business and referrals.

• To attract and recruit the right team members so that they can be developed in their current roles for future progression.
• To drive to ensure a highly engaged team through regular communication, performance reviews, coaching, training, and feedback.
•To ensure that team resources are used appropriately.
The ideal candidate:
•You are already an experienced General Manager with proven expertise and business acumen within a full single or multi-site environment
•Your understanding and experience of P&L will be crucial to the financial performance the Park
•You are charismatic and passionate about offering the best Guest experience, whilst also being able to face in to challenges
•You are passionate about inspiring, coaching, developing and empowering your team by giving ownership and accountability and making tough decisions when necessary.
•You are an experience leader who supports and inspires their team, celebrating success through reward and recognition
•you’re a positive ambassador who is keen to make a difference, lead by example and who can evolve and develop an exciting brand
•A real hands-on business leader that wants to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in to ensure the guest experience on Park is the very best
