Paid Social Media Executive

We believe that our ability to reach both new and existing guests of Haven, Warner and Butlin's where ever they are online should be one of our core capabilities – enabling us to create more memories that last a lifetime. 

We’re therefore looking for a Paid Social Media Executive to lead the continued growth in this area for our three brands as part of a new in-house Digital Trading team.   This will include both hands-on daily optimisation of campaigns as well as providing more strategic direction including analysing data, running tests, collaborating on projects and identifying ways to improve performance.

-Day to day responsibility for campaign build, optimisation and management across all  Social Media platforms
-Responsible for delivering performance across core campaign KPIs 
-Collaborating closely with brand teams in planning activity and budgets
-Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance and attending regular trading meetings
-Working with the analytics team to ensure appropriate tracking is in place
-Collaborating closely with brand teams in creating and executing content
-Proactively researching and identifying areas for growth and optimisation

Experience and qualifications
-Proven social media and display experience with focus on paid campaigns with  demonstrable success
-Expert in managing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and other social platforms 
-Experience of programmatic desirable
-Experience of working across multiple brands simultaneously
-Numerate with strong Excel skills and comfortable working with data
-Strong verbal and written skills
-Organised and a team player and able to build great stakeholder relationships
