Vendor Manager

In this role you will be supporting the Head of Technology Services and CIO to manage the relationship with key suppliers, contract renewals, contract reviews, purchasing process and IT department budget.

Vendor Management:

•Provide liaison point between Bourne Leisure departments and IT suppliers

•Engage with partners including software and platform vendors to establish governance and service review processes
•Evaluate performance and demonstrate oversight of suppliers through operational Key Performance Indicators (KPI) trending and documented issue management using appropriate tools
•Create and track Service Improvement Plans (SIP) with suppliers where required
•Ensure suppliers are delivering to contract terms

•Maintain an overview of suppliers, contracts, contract renewal dates and spending
•Create one-page overviews of supplier contracts and agreements

•Work with the Procurement Team to manage vendor on-boarding, contract renewals, review new contracts and manage cancellations
•Assist suppliers with the management of purchase orders, receipts and invoices in the Bourne Leisure procurement system

•Other duties and projects as assigned within the IT Vendor Management team, Budget Management & Reporting
•Budget Management for the IT Department
•Manage Purchase Orders & Invoices in our procurement management system
•Attend regular meetings with the Finance team to review IT budget
•Manage IT Team re-charges and overtime
•Track Azure cost


Technical/Specialist Skills:

•Basic understanding of accounting
•Knowledge of resource management tools
•Knowledge of financial reporting tools is an advantage
•ITIL Certification is an advantage
