Purpose of the role
As the custodian of information in and out of our web-ordering platform, you will be responsible for improving the end user experience across the business by setting up clear and best practice processes.
This role will be key in upholding brand standards, driving consistency and efficiencies across Parks, Hotels and Resorts thus positively impacting our guest experience.

Key Responsibilities 
•Manage and develop a team of 4 FTE, driving engagement and ensuring high professional standards.
•Set up clear and best practice processes for:
oOn-boarding of new suppliers into system
oCatalogue set up, updates, review cycle
oImprove management of our punchout catalogues
oReview and reduce use of free text ordering to help drive all-encompassing systematic reporting
oNaming convention for new products
oStandardisation of key user profiles
•Improve satisfaction and engagement with the web-ordering platform across the business
•Drive full utilisation of our web-ordering platform such as customer user interfaces, supplier feedback, item reviews etc...
•Contribute to the continuous development of the web-ordering platform (category tree, standardisation of end user access etc…)
•Set up regular health checks
•Maintain fully up-to-date contract database to ensure BLL can take advantage of all contractual commitments

Qualifications and Experience 
•5 to 10 years as a Data Manager with clear vision of what “Good” looks like and demonstrable experience setting up new processes
•At least 2 to 3 years’ experience managing a team

Essential Skills 

Desirable Skills:
•Hospitality, Retail or Manufacturing experience
•Experience of Coupa and / or Starchef
