An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Programme Manager to join the newly formed transformation team at Warner Leisure Hotels. The Warner team have a very clear strategic plan in place that builds upon its strong position in the hospitality marketplace. This entails growing the number of hotels within its portfolio, which is already underway, in addition to testing new propositional elements that will continue to delight our existing guests and will attract new guests to the brand.
This role is crucial to the success of that plan, by taking responsibility for the delivery of property acquisition/development programmes and inter-related projects from inception through to completion, putting in place efficient and effective controls. This role will support new openings by establishing and leading a programme that will ensure they run smoothly and meet expectations.  

Key Responsibilities: 

•Put the guest at the centre of every programme plan created ensuring that all constituent projects/workstreams are clear on their objectives to meet our guest needs, clearly defines the guest journey and ensures that the team have everything they need to be able to deliver for the guest on time, every time.
•Support the development of team at all levels to help them plan for the necessary changes required in their areas. Assist them in understanding their responsibility and accountability for managing projects and embracing change within their roles.
•Create and maintain the programme plan and schedule, including detailed cost management, monthly progress updates and risks and opportunities by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.  Ensure all projects are set up so learnings are captured and used for future planning.
•Build stronger relationships across all Bourne brands in addition to continuously learning from others externally to develop best in class process and systems for Warner. Support in the development of communication strategies, measures of success and return on investment planning for each project/ workstream.

Our Ideal Candidate will be able to: 
•Demonstrate successful delivery of multi-year programmes with budget management of £5m+.
•Exceptional experience working in major commercial property programmes such as new openings, transformations and refurbishments.
•Succeed in a complex stakeholder environment.
Desirable skills: 
•Some Hotel/Hospitality operational expertise specifically in new openings.
•Self-motivator and able to inspire others.
•Ability to learn quickly and take on board the Warner ways of working.
