The Purpose of the role:

As a Porter at Warner Leisure Hotels you will work in a high performing, fast paced environment, as part of an enthusiastic team of exceptional hosts, delighting our guests by ensuring they have a fantastic start to their holiday.

Role responsibilities: 

•Work independently to consistently offer directions and deliver guest luggage to rooms
•Load and unload luggage from coaches, working with the reception and holiday sales team to ensure bags are delivered to the correct rooms 
•Assist the housekeeping  team to deliver room amenities/gift packs, ensuring the correct items are provided  for the various categories of rooms, prior to guests’ arrival and as per their requests
•Report any damage, deterioration or items that require  technical maintenance to your line manager as early as  possible
•Providing a safe, secure and appealing environment for our guests and team, through adhering to the companies  Health & Safety policies
