Recruitment Business Partner - Digital

We’re therefore looking for a Digital Resourcing Partner to help drive the continued growth in this area for our three brands, building a new in-house Digital Trading team.  This is an exciting time to join our resourcing team to offer a specialised recruitment function. 

Joining an existing in-house Resourcing team, you will bring a targeted passion for our digital growth and development. 

To be successful you will need to demonstrate you are: 

•A robust SME in the Digital Resourcing space, confident to use your network and supporting platforms to promote vacancies and engage with potential team members.

•A champion of out digital journey, informing and sharing our digital vision, culture and values. 

•Confident in using an ATS/ cornerstone to manage your candidate journey. 

•Able to build a new digital employer brand and PR strategy

•Able to map the talent market, targetting our competitors and top talent  within the Digital sector

•Design and implement an attractive referral scheme to promote internal referrals 

•Able to build a solid attraction strategy to enable us to build a talented digital team and meet the business needs in resourcing, including cost/time to hire, selection process to offer transparency and fairness. 

•Partner with our Digital Leadership team to support/advise on best practice in the full recruitment cycle. 

•Create and design a selection process and provide specialist advise for best route to market to build a talented digital team

•Partner both internally and externally to create and design an digital recruitment website/ careers microsite page

•Ensure all team members have a seamless onboarding process, from offer to start date

Experience and qualifications

•Able to demonstrate how you build high performing teams

•Solid experience in digital/ IT resourcing recruiting both temp and perm roles

•Experienced in using ATS/ LinkedIn and job boards

•Able to build strong relationships with Senior Leaders

•Great communication skills, able to engage with candidates and manage them through a full recruitment cycle. 

•Ability to demonstrate previous direct savings and effective time to hire
