About the role:
The Senior Social Media Executive will play a key role in the scheduling of social media content for Haven and acting as a support to the wider business social media pages.
They will be responsible in shaping and developing the social media strategy for the business as well as reporting on engagement levels across the various different social media platforms.
Management of all Haven’s Masterbrand main social media accounts – Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
Management of Haven’s Caravan Sales Facebook page
Scheduling of content across the platforms and working closely with wider marketing teams to ensure a breadth of subjects across all channels
Reporting of social media engagement across all Haven channels
Support Contact Centre team with management of messaging across social media platforms
Supporting the Senior Content and Communications Executive with management of YouTube and Blog platforms
Supporting parks with content on Facebook Owners groups
What we need from you:
Proven social media experience in in house or agency
Working with contact centres through social media engagement
Cross business working
