Financial Accountant

The Financial Accountant will join our specialist and professional Central Finance Team and will ideally have worked in a finance department before.

Bourne Leisure Ltd is a privately-owned UK holiday operator and our mission is to give guests a great time with memories that last a lifetime. 
This role is to support the Central Finance Team for the whole of Bourne Leisure and would be a great position for someone who is part qualified.

The key day to day responsibilities of this role include:


•Providing support for various projects
•Ability to drive process improvements
•Completing Balance Sheet reconciliations and understand/correcting where required
•Assisting in the completion of Weekly/Monthly accounts
•Other Ad Hoc tasks as required
The way of working:

•Excellent written and verbal communication, administration and organisation skills
•Ability to manage workflows, identify errors, analyze and process reports
•Intermediate IT, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
•Good analytical, reconciliation and problem solving skills
•Ability to stay calm, positive and focused in a high-volume pressurised environment
•Proactive approach, ability to introduce and adapt to change
•Stakeholder management skills
