Conference and Events Assistant

As an integral part of our Conference and Events team, you’ll ensure that our purpose-built conference centre is kept to the highest standard and our events exceed all expectations.

As part of your role you would be responsible for:
The set-up and breakdown of our meeting spaces as per our client’s requests
Delivering refreshment breaks to our clients
Be there to help and support with client enquires and solve them quickly and efficiently
Ensure our Conference Centre is kept in immaculate condition at all times
Ordering of stock for the Conference Centre / stock takes / stock control
Manage the bookings and invoice process for internal client’s – documenting consumption through to billing
Adhere to and help to evolve our Standard Operating Procedures
Support the wider Sales and Guest Services Department

This role can be physically demanding role.

This is a full time role, with a minimum of 40 hours per week offered, the hours will flex to meet the needs of the business and demands of the Conference Centre.
